This website, elevatedindia.com (the “Site”), and the Elevated India brand are owned and operated by Elevated World Private Limited (“Elevated India”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Elevated World Private Limited is a private travel house curating bespoke luxury journeys across India and the wider region. Ground operations for many journeys are delivered by our associated entity, IPT Travel Private Limited (India Personal Tours). References to “Elevated India” on the Site refer to the Elevated World Private Limited brand.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about our journeys and to enquire about travel. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or copy its content at scale, or use it in any way that is unlawful or could damage its operation.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry through the Site — including any “design your journey” or “speak with a curator” form — begins a conversation; it does not create a binding reservation. No journey, rate, availability, or inclusion is confirmed until it is set out in a written proposal or booking confirmation issued by us and accepted by you, subject to the specific booking terms provided at that time. Prices, itineraries, and third-party services (hotels, guides, transport, experiences) are subject to availability and change.

4. Content, imagery and intellectual property

All editorial content, journey descriptions, photography, graphics, logos and the arrangement of the Site are owned by or licensed to Elevated World Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Certain hotel, destination and monument images are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links and properties

The Site links to third-party websites (for example the official sites of hotels we recommend) and to our own related properties and subdomains. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and their inclusion is not an endorsement of every aspect of them.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated World Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
