Decades of intimate knowledge across India's regions, cultures, and communities — insights that no algorithm can replicate.

Curated, Not Crowded

Every element of your journey is hand-selected. We offer fewer choices, better choices — tailored precisely to your intent and sensibility.

Complete Discretion

Your privacy is our first principle. Elevated India operates with the discretion and professionalism of a private household, not a public business.

"India is not a destination to be efficiently toured. It is an experience to be gradually, intimately, and personally understood."

— The Elevated India Philosophy

Privately designed.
Personally run.

Elevated India is a private luxury travel house that designs and personally runs bespoke journeys across India and Nepal. We are not a package tour operator — every itinerary is composed from scratch around your pace, your tastes and the occasion behind the trip.

What sets us apart is that we run the ground ourselves — our own licensed guides, a chauffeured fleet and a 24/7 control room on every mile — rather than handing guests to third parties. That single fact is why a journey through India with us is unhurried, seamless and discreet, whether it is a first visit, an anniversary, a multi-generational family trip or a wedding.

Frequently Asked

What is Elevated India?

Elevated India is a private travel house that designs and runs bespoke luxury journeys across India and Nepal. We are not a tour operator with fixed packages — every journey is composed privately around your tastes, pace, and the experiences that move you.

What makes Elevated India different from other India tour operators?

Most companies sell India and then hand you to third-party suppliers. Elevated India runs the ground itself — our own licensed guides, a chauffeured fleet and a 24/7 control room across the country — so nothing on the road is left to chance. Every itinerary is bespoke rather than a fixed package, and our ground-operations arm, India Personal Tours, holds a 5.0 rating from 621 traveller reviews.

Who runs Elevated India?

Elevated India is led by its founders: Nikhil Sharma, founder and chief executive, who leads the brand, guest experience and growth, and co-founder and director Manu Singh, who has spent more than two decades shaping how India is travelled and leads travel design and on-ground delivery. The house is built on an owned fleet and driver corps rather than outsourced logistics.

How does the planning process work?

It begins with a private consultation, by phone or video, where we listen first. Our curators then design a completely bespoke itinerary, refine it with you until it is exactly right, and our on-ground team orchestrates every detail 24/7 once you arrive.

Are there set itineraries or fixed prices?

No. There are no catalogues or pre-set packages. Each itinerary is built from scratch around your vision, preferred pace, occasion, and budget, so the journey feels entirely your own.

When is the best time to travel to India?

For most of India, the cool, clear months of October to March are ideal, while the Himalaya and hill regions are best in spring and autumn. We tailor the timing of your journey to your chosen regions and the experiences you care about most.

What kind of accommodation do you arrange?

Private palace suites, leading luxury and heritage hotels, and exclusive wilderness lodges — chosen for character, privacy, and service rather than brand alone, and matched to the rhythm of your journey.

Do you arrange private wildlife safaris?

Yes. We arrange private safaris across India and Nepal’s great reserves — for tiger, leopard, rhino and more — with expert naturalists and exclusive lodges woven seamlessly into your wider journey.

How much does a bespoke India journey cost?

Because every itinerary is composed privately, there is no fixed price — the cost reflects your chosen length, season, accommodation tier, and the rarity of the access involved. Our journeys sit firmly in the ultra-luxury tier, built around private palace suites, exclusive lodges, private guiding, and dedicated ground execution. After an initial consultation we prepare a transparent, itemised proposal so you see exactly what your journey includes before committing.

How long should a luxury trip to India be?

Most Elevated India journeys run between 9 and 35 days, with around two weeks being the natural sweet spot for a first, unhurried visit — long enough to pair, say, royal Rajasthan with a tiger reserve or the sacred Ganges without rushing. India rewards slow, immersive pacing, so we design to your available time rather than compressing too much into too little.

Is India safe for luxury and family travel?

Yes. Travelling privately with Elevated India means you are accompanied by government-licensed guides and vetted chauffeurs, staying in leading hotels and private estates, with a 24/7 on-ground team reachable at any hour. This high-touch, door-to-door structure makes India comfortable and secure for honeymooners, solo travellers, and multi-generational families alike.

Do you plan honeymoons and multi-generational family trips?

Yes. Honeymoons, milestone celebrations, and multi-generational family travel are among the journeys we most love to compose. Each is designed around the group — pacing, privacy, interests, and moments that matter — from private palace dinners to gentle days that suit both grandparents and children.

Which regions and destinations do you cover?

Elevated India curates journeys across India and Nepal — including royal Rajasthan (Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur), Delhi and the imperial north, the tiger reserves of Central India, sacred Varanasi, the backwaters of Kerala, Goa’s coast, the Himalaya, and Nepal’s valleys and wildlife. Individual regions are woven into a single seamless itinerary rather than sold as separate packages.

Do I need a visa to visit India?

Most international visitors need a visa to enter India, and many nationalities are eligible for the convenient e-Tourist visa applied for online before travel. Nepal offers visa-on-arrival for many passports. We advise you on current requirements for your nationality as part of planning, though visas are issued by the respective governments and applied for directly by the traveller.

How do I begin?

Share a little about your vision through a private inquiry, and a member of our curatorial team will respond personally, typically within one working day.
