The Farm sits in a forested valley at Chisapani outside Pokhara, with the Annapurna range behind it. Fourteen villas in three sizes, and a working organic farm that is harvested daily for the kitchen rather than kept as scenery.
There is a sister property — The Pavilions Himalayas, Lakeview, eight tented villas on Phewa Lake reached by boat. They are separate places under one brand; we specify which, because arriving at the wrong one involves a boat.
Why We Place Guests Here
- The farm is real and the kitchen depends on it, which makes the food the most honest in Pokhara.
- A forested valley with the Annapurnas above it is a better base than the lakeside strip, and hiking starts at the property.
- The resort runs on renewable energy and supports the FAB School, a hospitality-skills initiative for Nepali young people — substance behind the positioning.
The Table
- Farm-to-table restaurant — organic Nepali cooking from the estate's own harvest
The Elevated India Signature
Walking out from the property into the hills at first light, with the Annapurnas taking the sun.
Questions, Answered
Are there two Pavilions properties in Pokhara?
Yes. The Farm has fourteen villas in a forested valley inland; Lakeview has eight tented villas on Phewa Lake, reached by boat from the Khapaudi landing. Elevated India names the property on every booking.
Can you see the Annapurnas from Pokhara?
On clear mornings, yes — the range stands directly north of the valley. October to November and March to April give the most reliable visibility.
